Carlos Marzano

Community Centre

The goal of this project was to design a community centre at the corner of King St. W and Dufferin St. while preserving the BMO building intact. The concept included a multiple building cluster, with an interior space of approximately 1,000 sq. meters and a landscape architecture plan.

This building complex was meant to align with the streetscape of King and Dufferin. One of the main objectives of this project was to accommodate all age groups in order to keep, and build, a sense of unity within the community.
